# How does Predicton work?

* Predicton connects directly to **Polymarket** — the largest prediction market — via its API to fetch all market data, including events, prices, and outcomes.
* When you **top up** your balance from a TON wallet, your funds are automatically **bridged** to a built-in EVM self-custodial wallet using **Symbiosis**. This allows you to participate in Polymarket events without leaving Telegram.
* When you **buy or sell** shares in a market (“Yes” / “No”):
  * You are interacting **directly with the blockchain** — your transaction is executed on-chain through your self-custodial wallet.
  * Predicton covers all **network (gas) fees**, so the process feels instant and free for you.
