# How safe is Predicton?

* **No bans for winning** — Since you’re trading against other users (not a bookmaker), you can’t be blocked or limited for winning too much.
* **No smart contracts** — Predicton doesn’t deploy or control its own smart contracts. All market transactions happen directly on Polymarket’s infrastructure.
* **Fully self-custodial** — Your funds are stored in your own wallet. Predicton never has access to your private keys.
* **Withdraw anytime** — You can move your funds out at any moment without restrictions or delays.
